About the role

Picoids is hiring a Business and Technology Associate for a Java Full Stack Developer position at our Bikaner office. The role is on-site only—not remote and not based in other cities. Applicants from anywhere in India are welcome if willing to relocate to Bikaner, Rajasthan.

You will design, build, and maintain full stack features using Java for back-end services and modern web technologies for the user interface. The role blends business understanding with hands-on software development across front-end and back-end web applications.

Ideal for junior developers from Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, and Ajmer, elsewhere in Rajasthan, or across India who are searching for full stack opportunities and open to relocating for an on-site role in Bikaner.

What you'll do

Write clean and efficient code
Collaborate with team members
Troubleshoot software issues
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and planning sessions to ensure timely project deliveries

Added advantage

Experience in full-stack development and integration of front-end and back-end systems
Understanding and hands-on experience with CSS for responsive and visually appealing designs
Previous experience or knowledge of cloud-based and modern technology stacks is a plus

Compensation & benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 per month, including PF
12 sick leaves per year
12 annual leaves per year
