About the role

Picoids Labs is hiring a junior Accounts & Office Executive to support our senior accountant at our Bikaner office. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a candidate with basic accounting knowledge and good computer skills who wants to build a career in accounts and office operations.

You will work closely with the senior accountant on day-to-day bookkeeping, data entry and office coordination. Full on-the-job training and mentorship are provided, so freshers and early-career candidates from Bikaner and nearby areas are encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

  • Assist the senior accountant with daily bookkeeping and data entry
  • Record debit, credit and journal entries accurately
  • Maintain spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Help organise invoices, vouchers and financial documents
  • Support general office and administrative tasks

Required skills

  • Hands-on experience working with computers
  • Understanding of accounting concepts including debit, credit and journal entries
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical and learning abilities
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment

Added advantage

  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Tally) is an added advantage

Compensation & benefits

  • Salary: ₹15,000 per month, including PF
  • Weekly off: Sunday
  • 12 sick leaves per year
  • 12 annual leaves per year
  • Mentorship from a senior accountant

Job location
